WATCH THIS BEFORE YOU BUY A BMW X5

BMW should be ashamed of the way this X5 was built. The issues I uncovered were the result of poor design and build quality — plain and simple.

The main dealer wanted a fortune just to look at it, and even a specialist didn't want to touch it. But as I had sold it to the customer, I HAD to find a solution.

Thankfully, the customer was an absolute pleasure to deal with — understanding, patient, and totally reasonable about the whole situation. Even he thought the main dealer was going to lift his leg so I took it upon myself to get this mess sorted properly.
