After 3 years of failing to make contact with this homeowner, I finally decided to mow this jungle of a yard. I knocked on the neighbors door to see if that was his truck in the front, and he said it was. I told him that I will be mowing the jungle next door, and he was shocked that I was going to tackle it all by myself. He said that the city comes by and leaves a notice every year when it overgrows. Whoever comes and mows it still leaves it looking unprofessionally cut. He did give me a phone # to contact the homeowner, but the guy never picked up his phone. I cut it anyway. The neighbor watched in disbelief.
