In early 2024, we traveled to Shandong Province, China, where there are many factories who are supplying North American markets with mini excavators and mini track loaders. Our goal was to tour these facilities, learn about their manufacturing processes, and see their products firsthand to evaluate the quality and characteristics for ourselves. We visited popular manufacturers like Rippa, Vote, Hightop and Shanding.
