I've made a DIY ultra low power ESP32 development board, it looks nice, but is it any good? To find out I compare it to a cheap ESP32 C6 super mini... The deep sleep current is ten times lower! With some careful design and coding it should be possible to get a 4 year battery life!!
This is not a tutorial, I took some shortcuts with the board that you shouldn't copy!
