This housing hack uses an innovative model to keep housing affordable long-term, even as market values increase. 🛠️ They partnered with West Coast Homes, a builder of small modular homes & tiny houses, to build an 81.5 sqm / 878 sqft one-story house that fits on a tiny corner lot, maximizes its relatively small space to provide 3 bedrooms, and uses tall ceilings to make it feel bigger than it is.
