DIY, CNC mill rebuild to machining center, Part#1 Project plan, Base stand

This is the video (Part#1) for initiating 2nd project of Heavy-duty CNC Milling machine for Machining center.

Building and video uploading of the previous CNC machine had been completed. It was the 1st build in my life and really great in the building process and with the output. However the specifications of the driving units and electrical parts was not so satisfactory actually.

So I have started this 2nd project. Basically, the spindle head unit of the current (build finished) machine will be up-graded to the "industrial version" which will have servo spindle motor and heavy-duty spindle unit. Frames will need to be reinforced considerably so as to put up with the increasing weight of these spindle system. In addition, a flood coolant system and machine housing will be introduced so as this new machine to became a kind of machining center. It will surely be fantastic task again I believe! Videos for this new building will be shared again in order. Expect to see, please!
