LiPo Battery problem - Spot welder repair and upgrade

Hello guys!
I have a problem with the battery in my spot welder. The BMS is used only to charge and balance the cells. It doesn't protect the battery from over discharging, because the LiPo battery is connected directly to the spot welding module.
So in this episode I will repair and upgrade the spot welder... again.
