Meaty Red Sauce:
4 tbsp. Canola Oil
1 med. White Onion, chopped
3 pcs. Garlic Cloves, chopped
750 g Ground Lean Beef
1 can Jolly Mushroom Slices, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 med. Red Bell Pepper, chopped (about ¼ cup)
2 tsp. Fresh Oregano/Basil or Dried Herbs (optional)
900 g Spaghetti Sauce
2 tsp. Salt & Pepper, adjust according to taste
½ pc. Beef Cubes, to taste
1 tbsp. White Sugar, to taste
Bechamel Sauce (White Sauce):
5 tbsp. Butter, melted
4 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
4 cups Jolly Fresh Milk, any brand
2 tsp Iodized Salt
½ tsp White Pepper
Pasta Noodles:
500 g Lasagna Noodles, cook according to
package instructions.
1½ bar Quick Melt Cheese, grated
Fresh Parsley or Basil, for toppings
