Cheap Power Supply Teardown: Is it Dangerous?

In this video I teardown two power supplies. One a example of good construction and one an example of bad construction. The two supplies have relatively similar specifications and performance but one of these supplies is not like the other.

There are lots of little bits of information in the video so watch throughout to gain lots of knowledge.

Both supplies are analyzed for both idle (standby) power consumption as well as several load conditions while also looking at power quality metrics on the AC side.
