In this video, I’m taking the first real step toward building my own line of attachments — by fabricating a mini skid steer bucket from scratch. From cutting steel that wouldn’t fit my table, to test-fitting the mount, welding with a buddy, and even a PG-13 “bucket wash” skit before paint — this build had its share of struggles, laughs, and small victories.
The goal isn’t just to build a bucket… it’s to see if a barn shop can turn sheet metal into $$$ and actually compete with the big brands.
