Today is the day we start on a project that has been pushed to the back burner for years.... SWEET CAROLINE! Sweet Caroline is a 1960 Corvair that we are transforming into a Baja Desert Race Car. This is something my dad, Matt from Matt's Offroad Recovery, has been dreaming of and he has brought me on to make it happen. First step is to gather the pieces we have to start the build, find what pieces we're missing, and get to work.
