We Bought Land with NO Water
Published at : 23 Dec 2025
Installing running water on raw land is harder than it looks. In this video, we take another big step toward making our property livable by trenching and installing a water line, connecting it to the meter, and finally testing everything for leaks.
When we bought this land, there wasn’t even a road in. Now we’ve got a road, an RV, internet, and running water. Along the way, we ran into roots, long days of trenching, and plenty of lessons learned the hard way.
We also start shaping the future of the property—marking trees near the pond for what we’re calling “the beach,” with plans for picnic tables, a dock, and a place for the kids to play.
