In this video I’m installing the Hackergadgets uConsole Expansion Board - an all-in-one upgrade that gives the uConsole a ton of new features!
This board adds things like radio scanning/software radio, LoRa/Meshtastic support, GPS, a real-time clock, and extra USB ports. Basically, it boosts the uConsole into a much more capable little portable device.
What this upgrade adds:
– Lets you scan and listen to radio signals
– Adds long-range wireless communication (Meshtastic works out of the box)
– Enables GPS for location features
– Keeps accurate time (RTC)
– Gives you more USB ports for accessories
