Trashed 1967 Merc 60 Boat Motor - Will It Run Again?

My friend Jason pulled this 6hp 2-stroke twin cylinder 1967 Merc 60 Kiekhaefer outboard motor from the trash. It is in bad shape. I almost did not make a video on it because I gave it very little chance of running again. Its probably been decades since it last ran. Will it run again and push a boat around a lake again? Not sure, but lets find out.

I no longer use Harbor Freight Super Heavy Duty Degreaser in my ultrasonic cleaner. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors. Recently I have been using Simple Green PRO HD with good results.
