✔Potatoes - 2 small
✔Eggs - 2
✔Greek yogurt, cream, or sour cream - 2 tbsp
✔Black pepper, sweet paprika - to taste
✔Aromatic herbs - to taste
✔Salt to taste.
✔Any greens - a little.
✔Sausage/ham or bacon - 100 g.
✔Cheese - 100 g.

🕒 Bake first at 180°C/356°F for an average of 15-18 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and bake at 160°C/320°F for another 10-12 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the characteristics of your air fryer.

🟥I use the Xiaomi Air Fryer Essential 6L EU, with one upper heating element and a power of 1500 W. The bowl size is 21 x 21 cm. The exact cooking time depends on the model and its characteristics.
