Third HP 5061A atomic clock repair: we chase 0.1 parts per trillion

We track down a bad component in the C-Field PCB that likely robbed us of 0.1 parts per trillion (10E-13) of atomic clock stability. Which would make our relativity experiment fail, so we better fix it.
