I set out to explore remote cliff dwellings and hidden caves, following faint signs most people would walk past. The higher I climbed, the stranger it became.

These weren’t easy places to reach. No trails. No markers. Just sheer rock, exposed ledges, and caves carved deep into the cliffs. The further I pushed, the more questions started stacking up.

Some of these structures sit thousands of feet above the valley floor. Why would ancient people choose places this difficult to access? What were they protecting — or hiding? And how old are the strange markings and rock art found deep inside the caves?

Mainstream history says humans didn’t live like this during the Ice Age. But standing inside these cliffs, looking at what’s left behind, that explanation doesn’t feel complete.

This isn’t a theory video. It’s boots-on-rock exploration — and what I found raises more questions than answers.
