The Neighbor Was Stunned and Tried to Buy the Villa as Soon as We Finished Cleaning It

We were asked to clean this beautiful villa by a friend who currently lives abroad. It was a big project — an overgrown garden, thick layers of dust, and rooms that hadn’t been touched in years. But little by little, we brought the place back to life.

Just when we were finishing up, something unexpected happened.

The neighbor next door came over, completely stunned by the transformation. He couldn’t believe how beautiful the villa looked after the cleanup. Then he surprised us even more — by asking for the owner’s contact information because he wanted to buy it right away.

But from what I know, the owner has just returned from the U.S. and is planning to bring their elderly parents to live here. They’re financially well-off, and I’m pretty sure they have no intention of selling — especially now that the villa has been restored.
