The Capitlas is a gravel/bikepacking/adventure unsupported event organized by PedAlma.
Participants will cycle along the track of 840km and +14.000m prepared by the organisation. The main objective of the track is connecting the 4 Catalan capitals (Barcelona, Tarragona, Lleida and Girona) including a Pyrenees area. to discover de variety of landscape. By gravel roads, backroads and paths.
But, PedAlma events are more than the route. Is self-awareness, firenship, fight against oneself, strategy, resilience and happiness on the bike.

The Capitals es un evento de gravel/bikepacking/aventura sin asistencia organizado por PedAlma.
Quien participa recorre en bicicleta el recorrido de 840 km y +14 000m de desnivel preparado por la organización. El objetivo principal del recorrido es conectar las cuatro capitales catalanas (Barcelona, Tarragona, Lleida y Girona), incluyendo la zona de los Pirineos, para descubrir la variedad del paisaje, siguiendo pistas, carreteras secundarias y caminos.
Pero los eventos de PedAlma son más que la ruta. Son autoconocimiento, amistad, lucha contra uno mism@, estrategia, resiliencia y sobretodo felicidad sobre la bicicleta.
