Take 2 on the DIY Tube Tester Power Supply. Much, much better! Part 2

The first attempt at making a power supply for the DIY tube tester project was fine, but did not leave me completely happy. I found the option of using a boost converter a little unsettling as it was a cheap and potentially unreliable device. I decided to go for using a regular power transformer with incorporated heater supply windings as it would make life a lot simpler.
This is that second attempt, which, quite frankly is much better.
