Ingredients:-

500gr Cauliflower ( Gobhi Ka Phool )
300gr Potatoes ( Aloo )
1 Tsp Cumin
¼ Tsp Asafoetida
1 Chopped Onion
1 Inch Crushed Ginger
4 Crushed Green Chilli
⅕ Tsp Turmeric Powder
⅕ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
3 Tomatoes Puree
1 Tbsp Fenugreek Leaves
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Green Chilli
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
