SEIZED International 125E Track Loader Sitting For Years Will It Run?

I'm told this International 125E Track Loader has been sitting for about 10 years. Let's check it out and see if she'll fire up and move. UPDATE: THIS LOADER HAS SOLD for $1000 to a viewer. He may do a video fixing it up some. I will post a link here and be sure to mention it in a future video. Very happy to see this IH off to a good home.
