Screening my Outdoor Kitchen (just in time) | Cooking Prime Rib and Steaks on a Woodstove

My wife and I cook prime rib and squash in the wood stove on our off grid log cabin in the wilderness while we wait for winter to end and the snow to melt. I grill steaks on the woodstove in the outdoor kitchen as I screen in the kitchen just as the first crop of black flies hatches and attacks.
