[Rethink to Learn] Rewriting wc in Zig: Part 9 - begin again!

In this short series, I’m rebuilding the classic wc command to level up my Zig skills. I’ll use the coreutils implementation as the reference and add a few extra features along the way.

There has been quite a long gap since my last stream on this subject. In this session, I'm going to catch up, plan the next steps, and continue the progress on learning Zig while rewriting WC.
