Rebuilding Excavator Track Adjusters and Replacing a Track. Yanmar VIO-50.

My excavator tracks won't stay tensioned and also won't tension to the specification in the manual. So I remove the tracks, disassemble the track adjusters, rebuild and re-assemble. I also replace one of the tracks, then put it back to work clearing some trees.

*****I put the O-ring and the backup ring in backwards!! This led to a quick failure, and I had to do this repair again. The O-ring is supposed to face the pressure, and the backup ring is behind the O-ring. Don't do what I did! *******
