Power Supply Cap Changes Amplifier Sound?!

Yeah this shocked me and at first I was like "What happened?!" But clearly there is more going on here than I previously thought. And this change was NOT subtle, way more change than even tube rolling does.

This was done on my zero feedback DIY 300B amp that I recently upgraded with some fantastic sounding ISO-Tango FC-30-3.5S II iron.
