Op Amp Breakout Board for the Breadboard

This op amp breakout board has headers to plug into a breadboard when an op amp is needed quickly while prototyping a circuit.

It has an LM358 in an inverting configuration with an ICL7660 negative voltage rail generator to provide dual supplies to the op amp.

Trim pots allow adjusting gain and offset voltage, and there are 3 input pins with summing resistors to optionally combine multiple signals.
