NIKE TRAINING SHOE GUIDE: https://thatfitfriend.com/best-nike-training-shoes/

If you go to a commercial gym, then you likely see a lot of Nike Air Max Alpha Trainer 6s on the feet being trained in.

I get a lot of asks on this channel about the Air Max Alpha Trainer shoe line, and while they're not necessarily my personal go-to pick, I see why people like them. I didn't like the 5 at all, but the 6 is a good generalist for upper body sessions and chill(er) lower body days.

I'll cover everything you need to know about the Air Max Alpha Trainer 6 before you buy in my breakdown.

At the end of the day, the Air Max Alpha Trainer 6 can work for beginners and intermediate lifters and athletes.

It has a decent level of security, good ankle support, moderate arch support, and feels sporty enough for general sessions.

As you get more specific with your cross-training and lifting, this shoe will start to fall short.

These would not be my go-to for sessions where you're pushing super heavy barbell lifts, tackling plyos, and doing short interval runs.
