Nicholas-Beazley NB-3 - Start to Finish - 10th Anniversary

Published at : 23 Dec 2025

On the 10th anniversary of this beautiful rubber-powered free-flight model, I'm updating the series of photos and videos showing the building process of the Nicholas-Beazley NB-3. Built by Tom Hallman in 2015. I've included photos taken at the Nicholas-Beazley Aviation Museum in Marshall, MO. Cheers to the late great Dave Rees for the inspiration, as he started it all for me in scale modeling, with his plan for the 24" span rubber-powered NB-3. Music: "Calling Angels" by Jennifer DeFrayne. Original archival flying footage courtesy of the Nicholas-Beazley Aviation Museum. Additional film & photos by Tom Hallman & Clive Gamble.
