Parts bought and work done:
• Cylinder head rebuild
• Head skimmed and washed
• Rocker arm lifters refurbished and tested
• Valves cleaned and re-lapped
• New valve stem oil seals
• New cylinder head bolts
• New exhaust cam shaft
• New rocker arms

• Crankshaft and conrod bearings inspected. No excessive play or wear found.
• Turbo inspected, no play in turbine shafts.
• Injectors ultrasonic cleaned
• De-carboned cylinder head, intake manifold and EGR system.
• DPF inspected, no issues found.
• Water pump inspected, no issues found

• New timing chain and oil chain kit installed.
• New flywheel install
• New clutch kit installed

• New gasket kit installed
• New thermostat
• New coolant temp sensor
• New MAP sensor
• New exhaust gas pressure sensor
• New oil strainer
• New oil filter
• New fuel filter
