How to make a tube linestage - Fabrication of a custom chassis and wiring a 6J5 / 6CG7 tube stereo preamp (aka Linestage) This is to match a previously built EL84 SE amp. Basic design of a Voltage Amplifier direct coupled to a Cathode Follower.
Specs:
Two: 6J5 tube (one per channel)
One: 6CG7 tube (twin triode, each triode is dedicated for each channel)
One: 190-0-190 75ma power transformer (Hammond 269EX)
