Hey guys Durga Pujo season is here and today I will show you how to make Bengali deep fried puffy bread called 'Luchi' and Spicy Aloo Sabzi(Alur Torkari). Enjoy the festivities with this very basic yet flavoursome dishes which is one of the hottest selling combos in the streets of Kolkata.

Ingredients-

For Luchi:
200 gms Maida
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Sugar
2-3 tbsps oil
Warm Water

For Alur Torkari:
500gms Potatoes
2 tomatoes
2 tsps Ginger-chilli paste
Pinch of asafoetida(heeng)
1/2 tbsp panch phoron
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp crushed Kasuri Methi leaves
2 tbsps Coriander Leaves
2 tbsps Mustard Oil
Water as required
