Lifter Voltage/Current and Smoke/Airflow Test Measurements

How I measure the high voltage and current used to fly my lifter or ionocraft. Also, I do a smoke test using an incense stick to show the airflow of the ionized air. For measuring the voltage I use a Fluke 80K-40 high voltage probe with an analog multimeter. For current I also use an analog multimeter/ammeter.
