Join me as I restore this 1961 Omega that’s lived a full life of tough work and heavy wear. The stainless steel case tells its story with deep scratches, gouges, and fused welding spatter from years on the job, while the movement barely runs with critically low amplitude. Using my new Lampert PUK 6.1 precision TIG welder and other specialist tools, I repair the case damage, refinish the surfaces, service the movement, and blend the restored areas seamlessly with the originals. A rewarding full restoration of a true survivor!
