Ingredients:

• 400 g all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 7g instant yeast
• 200 ml warm milk
• 1 egg
• 40 g melted butter
• 1 egg (for brushing)
• Optional seeds for topping (sesame, poppy, flax)
