Images and Text on the Waveshare 1.54inch e-Paper Display

I am using the GxEPD library - https://github.com/ZinggJM/GxEPD which requires the Adafruit GFX library to be installed.

You will need to use the Image2LCD software provided here - http://www.good-display.com/download_detail/downloadsId=530.html Windows only as far as I know.
