Main:
Chicken fillets – 2 pieces
Onion – 1
Butter
Garlic – 2 cloves
Celery – 1 stalk
Red pepper – 1
Flour – 1 tbsp
Broth – 200 ml (about 3/4 cup)
Cream – 300 ml (1 1/4 cups)
Parsley

Garnish:
Potatoes
Salt – 1 tsp (for boiling)
Butter
Milk – 100 ml (about 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
Garlic – 1 clove
Green onions
Salt
Black pepper
