In this video, I compare the different smart rings you can buy today. It’s a comparison I did after using them for three weeks, but now I’ve had all four for a month, and my opinion remains the same.
For most users, the RingConn Gen 2 is my top recommendation. However, if you want an app with more metrics and even more detailed insights, the Oura Ring 4 is another excellent option.
The UltraHuman is also a good ring, but it's a bit less stable—both in terms of battery life and the accuracy of its metrics. But at least it’s much better than the Galaxy Ring.
