I bought the cheapest outboard boat engine from Amazon. The outboard only cost $177 and was shipped to my house in only a couple of days. This engine weighs about 15 lbs. and is very cheaply built. I put the engine on my boat from Amazon and took it for a ride. This engine was so loud and very slow. If you're looking to buy a cheap outboard you should save up a little more and buy something better.
