How One Man Built a Log House Deep in the Woods - START TO FINISH

One day I realized that I wanted to break out of my usual routine and find a new path for self-realization. My goal was both simple and ambitious - to build a house in the forest, completely on my own, far away from civilization. It was to be not only a building project, but also a way to test myself, to realize what I was capable of.
For a long time I searched for a suitable place for my endeavor and finally found it - a secluded clearing with a lake nearby, surrounded by forest. I prepared the site and set up a temporary camp for the night. Construction began with the most basic thing - laying the foundation and preparing the wood. Every tree I cut, I perceived as an integral part of nature. I tried to choose only those trees that did not disturb the ecosystem.
All work was done by hand, from chopping the logs to processing and transportation. Without helpers or machinery, I relied on my knowledge and ability to find solutions. The summer months were busy but rewarding. By the end of the season, the walls of the house began to take shape. With each step it became more and more real, and soon the roof was in place.
I also envisioned a place to rest by the porch - a bench where I could stop and think. This house became much more than a building to me. It embodied my effort, patience, and desire to create something enduring and meaningful.
