How Can ANYONE Ride That Fast?! | Pro XC Power Is Insane!

An average World Cup XC race sees Pro athletes maxing out their heart rates as they deliver astonishing power numbers lap after lap, whilst still holding enough in reserve for a sprint finish. To quantify how superhuman these efforts are, we've recruited local Dirt Jump Shredder Alfie Stephens & The Dirt Shed Show's Tom Bower, a couple of solid riders from different disciplines of mountain biking, to see if they can get anywhere remotely close to Cannondale Factory Racing's Charlie Aldridge.
