As we've said before, this is the busiest time of year for our family. Between getting the kids back into the swing of school, traveling for CJs mountain bike races, Finleys volleyball games, Teds day job and maintaining the homestead, our hands are pretty full right now.
While I'm sad about having to let go of summer, I will say that the fall season does usually lend itself to the best weather for working outside. This week, we were blessed with some beautiful days so Ted and I took to the great outdoors to clear some space for what's to come next. A new addition to the homestead... an investment that we've been needing/wanting to make for a couple of years, so when the opportunity was presented... we jumped on it. We can't wait to share with you guys what it is, but first, we need to make a home for it. So that's just what we started doing this week.
Ted and I rolled up our sleeves, got ourselves into some stressful situations, made a massive mess and then cleaned it all up. Step 1 of our additions addition is complete, and we'll be back soon to fill you in on all the foggy details. πΆβπ«οΈ
