Harvesting pumpkins is normally a labor intensive process, at the organic farm De Terp they thought that had to be done differently because it is becoming increasingly difficult to find good staff. That's why they contacted construction company Hegro Agri Service and together they came up with this machine. On the first day in the field I visited the machine at estate farms Mariënwaerdt, located in the middle of the Netherlands.
