🚀 DIY Electronic Load V3 – Arduino-Based with Protections & 3D Printed Case! 🚀

In this video, I showcase my Electronic Load Version 3, a compact and efficient Arduino-controlled constant current load designed with SMD components, a 1.8" TFT display, and a custom 3D-printed enclosure. This device is perfect for testing power supplies, batteries, and DC circuits, offering multiple safety features and automatic cooling.

🔹 Key Features of the Electronic Load V3:
✅ Microcontroller: ATmega328 (Arduino-based)
✅ Protections:

Overvoltage Protection (Disconnects if voltage exceeds 24V)
Overcurrent Protection (Disconnects above 2A)
Overtemperature Protection (Disconnects at 60°C to prevent overheating)

✅ Smart Cooling System:
12V fan activates at 45°C and turns off when the temperature drops below 35°C

✅ Power Components:
INA219 Current Sensor for precise measurements
LM358 Op-Amp, Mini360 Buck Converter, and dedicated 5V & 3.3V voltage regulators

✅ Custom 3D-Printed Case:
Printed using marble PLA filament (courtesy of SUNLU)
Modular design with a transparent plexiglass window and optimized airflow for cooling
Front panel with LED indicators, banana plugs, and an on/off switch
I’ll take you through the build process, testing, internal components, and final assembly.

🔹 What You’ll See in This Video:
