Design update electric vehicle TWIKE 5

Have a look at the TWIKE 5 design of the outer surfaces. Although the surfaces are not yet finalized in all details, the appearance should not change any more significantly.

The following modifications were made:
Essentially, the vehicle was made slightly longer and lower in overall height. At the same time, the wheelbase was lengthened, which will have a positive effect on driving stability. The lower overall height favors the desired center of gravity to be positioned close to the ground and at the same time allows the frontal area to be kept optimally small. For tall pilots, sufficient headroom could be maintained.

The transparent areas of the tailgate have obviously become smaller, but there is still enough space for the rear view. A good rear view will be given due to better positioning of the rear mirrors, even if they are not yet finalized.

The side window in the entry hood is now vertically divided in two. The front part of the side window is permanently mounted, the rear part of the side window can be opened by countersinking it in the window well. As already described in the article concept-phase-reloaded, we have touched almost all parts again. Also, the design.

Further adjustment loops are still to be expected. However, these will become finer and allow less and less adjustment possibilities until the start of production.
