Ever wanted to own a vintage Neumann U87 microphone, but it wasn’t in your budget? With the Dachman Audio DA87i kit and a little bit of soldering experience you can build your own U87. Or so they say. This video takes a look at what’s in the kit and how it compares to other DIY alternatives.
