In this video, I walk you through the steps I used to install and wire a fan in a Chinese Mini Excavator. I talk through my thought process as I am working through each step. This fan pulls air from the engine compartment , through a hydraulic and an engine oil radiator, then out the left side of the mini ex. You’ll see how I create the aluminum mounts, install the fan and a thermal switch, and then test the entire system.
