For pizza base-
100gms Maida
1/2 cup warm water
1.5 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry active yeast
1 tsp Desi Ghee
Salt to taste
Toppings-
Red & Green Bell Peppers
Onion
Boiled corn kernels
Black Olives
Mozarella Cheese
Cheese spread(for cheese burst layer)
Butter & olive oil as required
Oregano for seasoning
