1 Tbsp Whole Coriander Seeds
1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
⅕ Tsp Black Pepper Corn
¼ Tsp Carom Seeds
¼ Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
3 Whole Red Chilli

Achari Aloo Making Ingredients:-

500gm Boiled Mini Potatoes
⅓ Cup Oil
⅕ Tsp Cumin
⅕ Tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ Tsp Nigella Seeds
¼ Tsp Asafoetida
⅕ Tsp Turmeric Powder
⅕ Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Mixed Pickle
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
