Challenge Accepted - No Power, Governor Issues - Generac 5500XL Generator

Jason brought us 3 generators he got for $100 total. We are 2 for 3 and hoping to make it 3 for 3. The final one is a 5500 watt Generac XL. It looks to be in great condition. I was hoping for an easy fix, but as we will find out there are many issue to sort out on this machine.

I no longer use Harbor Freight Super Heavy Duty Degreaser in my ultrasonic cleaner. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors. Recently I have been using Simple Green PRO HD with good results.
